We are nearing one of the most refreshing month’s in the year. For Southeast Asians, particularly the Cambodian, Lao, and Thai cultures celebrate New Years around this time. At my old blog I’m sure I’ve blogged and blogged about this numerous times. Last year however I wasn’t really active with the New Years schedule, but since so many things has happened the month’s prior to entering 2010… I realized that I should enjoy life to it’s fullest potential. Have fun and be in the company of the people you love for as long as you can. Here are the schedules as I know them. I’m sure most of the dates are correct because they were pulled from the official websites!

First of Cambodian New Years 2010. I know this one is always the 2nd Sunday of April I have no doubts about this one.

Times like these I’m glad I live in a city and state that have many cultural events. Tomorrow we have the Wine Walk in the Bishop Arts District which is one of the events that is held every 1st Thursday of The month. I think the slogan changes like this month it’s Wine Walk. I’m excited for the Asian Film Festival though. I’m gonna try and catch as many of the movies as I can; even though I’ve seen them all already lmao.
